San Francisco was awesome! Let me just recap the main things we did, since I can’t really remember half the stuff we did. You know me, me and my bad memory, haha.
Thursday:We “were” suppose to leave at 2:30AM, but thank goodness we didn’t! I didn’t even pack the night before because I was so tired. I laid down for a little and accidentally fell asleep, haha. Luckily my alarm for work went off! Woke up and showered. Got all my things together. Ended up packing three bags :| Haha. Dad dropped me off to Dean’s. Jordan picked us up and in his car Dean and I met Maureen and Janice. Then they ate at Yoshinoya, but I didn’t eat because I already ate. Then we were off to the freeway! Drove on the 5, and oh my gosh! There is nothing to look at on that damn freeway, haha. Nothing but fruit farms and cows. Only made one stop in-between. The ride was pretty quick. Met up at Romeo’s parent’s house in San Jose. Picked up Jon (or John) and went to the mall for a little bit and walked around. Then we drove to Oakland to Romeo’s apartment to figure out the plans. Picked up Nate at his apartment and we headed to the party in Daly City. It was weird, haha. Small house for that many people, but it was cool. Party was pretty chill when we got there. We started drinking and then we finally stirred up that party. No one was dancing until we started dancing, haha. After that we ate at Nation’s Giant Burger (?) and got some chili cheese fries. They were wack! After that we all slept at Nate’s apartment.
Friday:Woke up early and drove to San Bruno to meet up Jordan’s sister and the rest of the people at the hotel. There I met Ira, Jae, Gene, and KC. The room wasn’t ready so we went to eat at Denny’s. I don’t know what was going on, but that place was Hawaiian themed out! Must have been the new pancakes or something. After that we made a stop to Target to buy bathing suits, but then we never went swimming haha. We were finally able to get our room so we settled in and what not. Went sight seeing. Made a stop at the Golden Gate bridge and Fisherman’s Wharf. Bought some souvenirs for the loves back at home. I ATE A HOTDOG! Like a full hot dog. And man, IT WAS BOMB! Haha. But i’m not gonna eat one again, not unless it’s a special occasion and i’m out of town or something like that. Didn’t do anything after that but just drink at the hotel. Some of the people got BJ’s and the rest of us got pizza.
Saturday: Another early day. Drove to the Union to do some $$hopping. Met up with Dean’s “cousin” Laurence and Laurence’s friend. It was really cool ’cause there’s this thing in the middle of the whole shopping district and they have outdoor movies. It was pretty cool! Why can’t they have cool stuff like that here? Oh, probably ’cause we’re ghetto in LA, haha. But that would be a such a movie-like date type kinda thing. But it would totally be cute! After shopping we all got ready again to eat dinner at Benihana’s. Everyone looked pretty (: Food was bomb like always over there. Our chef guy was cool, I guess. His volcano sucked though and he kept dropping his stuff. But he still made the food well haha. After that we went back to the hotel and drank some more, haha.
Sunday:Got up and headed back home. Made a few stops. Ate at A&W on the way home. We also stopped by some beach, don’t know which one though. Took the 101 back home, such a better view than the 5! Haha. There was mad traffic though ):
But anyway, need to clear my shit out and whateverrrs. I don’t have a picture for today yet. Hmm…
The “Gossip Girl” line at Target by Anna Sui has been released, although will not launch until September 2009. As much as I love Gossip Girl and the amazing fashion seen on that show, the Target line definitely does not and can not compare. But i’m pretty sure they made it that way for a reason and so the prices would be cheaper. One of the main things I noticed about the line (or what is shown) is that there is NO color. All the girls share the same color, except for Vanessa. And Vanessa has the same freaking pattern and color in each pair of clothes. Like really, could Sui not come up with anything better? Why so repetitive? I swear i’ve never seen Vanessa even wearing any of those clothes on the show! Or anything similar. Apparently they rarely ever show legs on the show, because all these models have leggings and boots on. Did I never notice that? That’s something I might want to pay attention to when Gossip Girl airs again. I was really excited for Jenny’s clothes, because I really liked her style. But I don’t like any of it. Could it be the model they chose? I think Blair has the best line, so far. Well, hopefully there are more choices than the ones shown.
Someone PLEASE tell me why we’re matching in the picture to the left?! Hahaha. This was SOOO not planned. SO embarassing! Haha. But today, we watched My Sister’s Keeper. That movie is SO SO SO sad! If you’re a crying type of person, then you’ll definitely cry. None of us cried, but the other people in the theatre were crying! Haha. I don’t really have anything bad to say about the movie other than it was non-stop sad parts. Supposably the ending is A LOT different from the book, but then we all know that i’m not going to read it. But I mean, with or without the book, the movie was still good. Again, it was very sad. Haha. Cameron Diaz played her character really well. The storyline is very touching too.
Yesterday, I had Kogi BBQ with the same girls. I was suppose to go with Char, but she got sick. And then I was suppose to get real Korean BBQ with Leschelle, Christian, and Kevin, but Christian was super sicker and Kevin was already eating when I called him earlier in the day. Kevin, YOU SOOO owe us! But Kogi BBQ was good. It isn’t as good as people said it was. I mean, it’s good, but when people talk about it, they make it sound like it’s extremely good. That’s why all those losers wait in line for so damn long. Haha. Like my mom said one of her coworkers waiting 3 hours+ in line! HELL nah! Not that worth it. I mean, you still have to wait in line for hours, and then wait again after you place your order so they can make it while they’re still making other peoples orders. Tops i’d wait is like an hour, I GUESS. But it was good to try for the first time, or whatever. Just, all I gotta say is that the food IS good, but it’s not super bomb. Heads up to the people who don’t like or can’t handle spicy food (me). Even if you choose the non-spicy item, there’s tang of spicy in it. So don’t be surprised. There’s not enough meat in the taco either. A lot of the green/vege stuff. And majority of the time, all I tasted was the taco instead of the meat.
Just got off the phone with Dean to talk about San Francisco. I’m even more excited! GAH. This week and next week is awesome. Only 4 work days this week, since we get Friday off for 4th of July. And then next week only 3 work days since i’m leaving to Frisco late Wednesday/early Thursday. Get paid for all the days I don’t work, which makes it even more awesome!
Just briefly talked about camping at the ranch with the girls in August. EXCITED ABOUT THAT!
My coworker’s dogs had 5 babies. I want to get one! Hopefully he can give me one of the dogs for free, haha. I would be extremely happy.
This summer is extremely different from all of my other summers. Totally doing new and different things. People hit me up for 4th of July! I have no plans ): But other than that…
Damn you Nikon Coolpix series! I freaking hate you! This is my second camera that broke due to “lens error.” AH! I can’t afford to buy a new camera right now, especially with the San Fran trip coming up. I’m so freaking mad! I liked this camera too because my brother bought it for me and it’s red. ): EH EH. I tried almost everything that I could to make the stupid lens go back in or back out, BUT NOTHING!!! Stupid camera. I HATE YOU NIKON! But anyway, if I do get a new camera, I think I might just get one of those profesh cams, haha. But i’m still debating. Regular digis are fine with me.
Anddd, the WordPress on my phone doesn’t work anymore. I don’t think it’s compatible with OS 3.0. STUPIDDD!
Who would have guessed we would be road tripping to Vegas together? (:
Vegas trip was really fun and a change up this time around. Thanks to Char, Mark, Apple, EJ, Ate J-Anne, Jo, Angel & Paul for such an awesome weekend! We hit up this buffet on Saturday night at the M resort, miles before Vegas. And omgg, the food there is SO good! Usually when you eat at buffets, some of the food is good and then some of it isn’t. But at Studio B, EVERYTHING I ate was really good. I just want to go back to eat there! AND their desert is so bombbb. They had like a white chocolate fondu display. YEAH, JUST A DISPLAY! The white chocolate looked so beautiful falling down, it was like perfect. No chunky or missing drops, just perfect. Friday night we ate at this place in Planet Hollywood called Yolo’s Mexican Grill, and it was good there too. All the food we ate that weekend was like, extremely good. Haha.
But anyway, Friday night I found out that I can’t drink alcohol anymore and I am very sad about that, haha. Ever since that Temecula party, I haven’t been able to drink as much as I use to – or at all for that matter. I can’t take shots anymore, and shots to me before were nothing. Ugh, if only I didn’t throw up 8 times that night. Which is totally weird because I didn’t even drink anything hectic that night. It might have been the mix of liquor, beer, and cigarettes. Not a good idea. I quit the cigarettes, totally not my thing. It never really was, so I don’t know how that came about. Good thing that cigarette phase didn’t last long. But I hope my not-able-to-drink-alcohol phase dies out VERY SOON. I mean, it’s effing summer! Don’t do this to me!
So on Thursday night, Christian had a house warming (yay!). His room is super cool! He has the den as his room, so it’s pretty big! And he has a door that leads to the backyard. OH and to top it off, he has a bar haha. So perfeccct! He also has BBQ pits or whatever, so it looks like we’ll be spending some time over his place this summer, haha. On the plus side, he lives down the freeway from me (: But uh, haha. Christian SO has ghost in his house. So scary! The other day, Christian already said that his friend saw a ghost in the house when they were putting together his closet. And then me and Leschelle were sitting next to the laundry room (open door and lights off), with our backs facing it. Then all of a sudden we heard this noise, almost human like, coming out of the room! We were all laughing and talking and all of a sudden heard the noice. Once we heard it, we both stopped and looked at each other and booked it. Well, I don’t know what happened but Leschelle like, ended up falling next to her chair, haha. Apez didn’t hear anything so that was weird. But what the heck man! A ghost?!

I haven’t really bloggged since I made a new layout and “started over.” What a waste! But I was suppose to clean my room, buttt… I didn’t haha.
I have work on Sunday since I only worked five hours on Tuesday ): Oh well!
My blog hasn’t been getting any hits. Is it probably because I haven’t logged into MySpace in a long time? Or is it because I barely blog anymore? Whatever. I think i’m gonna cancel my website since I haven’t worked on ANY projects. But then again, I like being able to maintain my own blog and fixing it up whenever and however I want. Ugh, I really need to work on A project – any project, or something soon. I’m just too lazy or preoccupied with going out and stuff. But I mean, who wants to sit all day infront of a computer?
I freaking refuse to be a Virgo! I definitely do not fit their description. Man, I feel bad for those who have tattoos of their zodiac sign and their sign changed, haha. I’m going to hope this is a joke or they don’t change it or something! Supposably this might take into affect in 2012? Don’t know too much info, but dang it!
I’ve been looking around other sites and not all the days match to the supposed corresponding sign.

It feels really good to not have any major plans tonight, tomorrow and for the rest of the week until Thursday, with the exception of work of course (: I am extremely happy that school is over, for now, and I finally get a break! 2 months of no school, I feel blessed haha. SORRY APEZ! I am SO over going to work and then school – Monday through Friday – 8AM to 9PM; it’s exhausting! I honestly don’t know how I survived that last semester. But hey, you gotta do what you gotta do, right?
I don’t remember what kind of relationship I had with my parents when I was growing up, but I know I was always distant and I never really talked to them. I always kept private and locked myself in the room. I always chose my friends over my family. As of lately I feel like i’ve slowly grown a relationship with my mom and it feels really good to finally be able to talk to her. To talk to her without any opposing sides, arguing, yelling, and disrespecting. I always felt like there was no point in trying to gain a relationship with my mom because she ALWAYS has to be right and because she thinks she knows everything (which is true), but I guess I forgot she’s more than just my mom and that she’s just like me. I forget that she’s human and not just some crazy lady trying to “ruin” my life. I guess i’ve always seen the negative side of her because I never took the time and effort to see a positive side. I never noticed how truely ungrateful and selfish I was. I mean, I was thankful for everything my parents did for me, but the whole time I really was only thinking about myself. But now that i’ve been able to talk to my mom lately, I noticed how much more she’s done for me. I may not always agree with the things she does or says because everyone has their faults, but she does the best she can do just for me and my brother. She may be a little cray cray, but she’s an extremely strong woman who deserves a lot more credit than she gets – from me at least. I was always scared about what was going to happen when I get older. I always had this feeling that once I move out that I would never talk to my parents again, because I resented them that much. But now things are looking better and I know to never do that. I look at my friends and see the kind of relationship they have with their parents and I always wondered why I didn’t have that, why I couldn’t. Now I know it was because of me, because I was being selfish and one minded – one of the things I hate the most about people. I don’t know if our relationship is getting better because i’m growing older and she’s noticing that and she can talk to me like i’m an adult or if it’s balance for the relationship i’m going to lose soon. But that’s a whole different story.
I may not have everything, but my life isn’t bad at all. Life is always what you make of it.
Ok, so right now I would have to say the best thing about Internet Explorer 8 would be the “View Source” tool. I was pretty effing shocked when I saw it! It has indicated number lines and it’s color coordinated! How great is that? SO much easier to read through the html and what not. The previous versions of IE didn’t have this capability. Before it was just a bunch of html packed into something like NotePad or WordPad AND in plain black, yuck. But anyway, it’s pretty nifty how they upgraded that. I’m sure more than half of you guys don’t know what the hell i’m talking about or why it’s even relevent, haha.
But anyway, i’m not even studying or doing my essay for my finals tomorrow. Ugh. Me and school man, me and school. We’re just not in tact right now. But here’s my horoscope for today:

Finals is next week! I feel like I should stay home this whole weekend to study, but we all know I can’t – even if I tried. I’m so glad that this semester is close to being over and it’s the “summah summah time!” I mean, even though i’ll still have work everyday at least I won’t have any school – AT ALL! For sure i’m not taking any summer classes. I really need the rest; I am SO worn out. I don’t know how I did it, but i’m pretty sure that’s why i’m not doing as well as I planned. “There’s always next time, right?” Yeah, I always say that, but same stuff. I just think me and school don’t mix. I’m not gonna lie, i’ve never done well in school. I’m surprised I made it through highschool, haha. As for plans for Fall semester, we’ll see. I’ll plan it out some time during the summer.
It’s 4 in the AM right now. I really want to sleep, but before I go to bed I HAVE to wash my face, brush my teeth, and do the rest of my nightly routine, but I can’t. I’m trying to avoid my drunk ass brother. I swear he is thee most horrible drunk, EVER. I am most certainly never moving out of my house to move in with him anymore. I mean, I have a lot of freedom at home anyway. The only reason why I wanted to move out was so I could throw parties, haha. But you know, my brother still needs a lot of growing up to do, and I don’t think I could live with that horrible mess.
Anyway, I really want to go shopping. I’m thinking about going to the American Apparel warehouse to see if they have the top & bottom pair that I want so I don’t have to order it online. Geeze, I need new clothes, SO BAD! Someone go shopping with me! (:
I got out of class early so I waited in my car for my mom to get off work. Bored as ever, I looked at the sky and noticed how fast the clouds were moving – that and there were a lot of clouds too. I mean, it’s not the first time i’ve seen the clouds move quickly, but the first time I actually recorded it, haha. I just think it’s really interesting to watch. Sorry I don’t have an HD camera (ahem Philip), but hopefully this will do for you guys (: It might be dark, because duh it was taken at night, but I tried to brighten it as much as I could without losing any detail. If you can’t see the clouds then focus on the moon, you’ll see a cloud pass by eventually, haha.
but I guess you can kind of call it that. I got so caught up with reblogging Tumblrs I forgot to post “real” stuff. Reblogging is so fun though (: But I guess i’ll leave that mess with my Tumblr. I will definitely start using my blog as I intended it to be… personal and definitely “out there.”
